Telefonica O2 awarded Mobil ASK SK with the title of

„Authorised Repair Centre of the year 2006.”

This title is given annually to that mobile phone and accessory service, which achieves the highest result on the quality management audit of Telefonica O2.

In the previous year the award was granted to Mobil ASK CZ.

2007 August

Mobil ASK Czech repair hub relocated in Brno

The Brno HUB finally moved out of previous EBM premises, and is now located in newly renovated, high level infrastructure (Brno, Božetěchova 97a).

2007 July

Mobil ASK Czech Republic discontinues LG mobile repairs in CZ.

In agreement with LG customer care management, Mobil ASK management has decided to discontinue mobile repairs for LG.

The main reason underlying the decisions is the poor economic result for Mobil ASK, mainly due to the quantities not reaching the volumes where economies of scale would turn the business profitable.

As the Czech and Slovak acquisitions were done by Mobil ASK Hungary, where 3TS financing rounds were agreed and have flown, the corporate structure became somewhat complicated. The Board of the Group decided in 2005 to reorganise the Group structure, by creating a Holding entity in Slovakia, Mobil ASK Holding .a.s., where the ownership proportions of Mobil ASK Hungary previously, have been transferred unchanged. (70% by the 2 Funds and 30% private persons)

Ownership of repair companies in the 3 countries, Mobil ASK KFT, Mobil ASK Czech Republic s.r.o.. and Mobil ASK Slovakia s.r.o. have been transferred in 100% to this Holding entity, acting as an umbrella over the 3 companies, operating under Slovak corporate environment.

The shares of Celadon Slovakia s.r.o. remained with the original acquirer, since the group does not have long term plans with this entity.
